Chengdu Qinxin Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in July 2011. All the staff of the company have been engaged in the research and development, design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of plastic machinery, and pipeline engineering application for more than ten years.
The company concentrates on R&D and quality manufacture of lock machine, riser and buckling metal pipe fittings for reinforced thermoplastic composite pipe (RTP) connection. The company has several processing equipments, such as sawing machine, CNC lathe, shot blasting machine, automatic welding machine and so on. It has a processing capacity of 40,000 sets per year. At present, nearly 100,000 casings have been used in oil field pipelines, alcohol injection pipelines, oil and gas gathering and transportation pipelines, mine (coal mine) water transmission, drainage, gas transmission pipelines and high-pressure drinking water pipelines in mountainous areas.
The company can also provide domestic pipeline enterprises with enhanced thermoplastic composite pipe (RTP) material production process, installation and construction and equipment transformation services.
